This wonderful antique work of art has the detail of a fine hand carved piece. It is cast in a heavy metal and hand painted. It is very old but since there are no marks it cannot be determined for sure. The expression on the face of this lady is extremely well detailed with a look of melancholy . Probably Dutch or Germany by the dress and the stein in her hand. A fair maiden and a very fair price.
