This dish is hand painted with ceramic or bisque raised enamel and very elaborate detail with many colors. It stands on 4 brass legs that can be unscrewed. There are no visible makers marks on this piece. It is however a fine original Victorian dresser top or nightstand dish for placing your watch, necklass, earrings, rings, etc. The paint on the brass seems to be glazed in. This item is a piece of art in itself. It is beautiful standing on its own.Weighs ½ lb. And measures just under 5" diameter. Stands 1" high .
